Delivery & Returns
Please note that we do not ship to the U.S.A.
- All of our products are tested thoroughly before being sent to the customer, we are confident in the products we sell.
- If however there is a fault with your product, you may return it but, it must come with all parts and packaging and our technical team will look into the matter within 14 days of receipt. We will try and repair the faulty goods, however, if the product cannot be repaired you are entitled to either an exchange for something of the same value or a full refund. This guarantee only covers faulty products.
- Should you wish to exchange the product due to a fault, the replacement is sent at no extra cost for the customer as long as replacement is of the same value as faulty item.
- After receipt of your goods, we aim to issue refunds within 14 working days. The cost of your goods will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase. Please note refunds take 5 working days to clear from the point of processing.
- Delivery costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. Once inspected, Island Vape UK will refund you for the cost of delivery if the item is any of the following; Incorrect, damaged or defective.
- Customers have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, up to 7days of receiving the order. Please make sure you contact us immediately should you wish to do this.
- If you decide that you do not want the product, the goods must be returned in a sellable condition, including all parts, in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be refunded if the items do not meet these requirements.
- Island Vape UK cannot be held responsible if the products are lost or damaged during delivery therefore if you do wish to return the goods, we advise sending goods back via recorded delivery.
- You will not be issued a refund for delivery of any unwanted goods, only faulty.
- Tanks, RDTA, RDA, RTA atomisers and cartomizers cannot be returned if they have been used/built/filled due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- E-liquids are a consumable, we do not offer a refund or an exchange once purchased for hygiene reasons.
- Batteries are also not to be returned nor exchanged due to being a consumable item.
